Tradesports Hours of Operation and Member Support Hours.
From 18th November 2008 the Tradesports Hours of Operation and Member Support Hours are as follows:
1. The Tradesports exchange will be open seven days per week, and shall close daily for normally 1 hour from 2:00am ET (7:00am GMT) to 3:00am (8:00am GMT)
2. e-mail support to help@tradesports.com is provided from 10:00am GMT until 9:30pm GMT (5:00am ET until 4:30pm ET), Monday to Friday. Our member response target is to reply in the first instance within 60 minutes of receipt during these times. Any emails sent outside of these times will be replied the following business day.
3. Live Chat support is provided from 10:00am GMT until 9:30pm GMT (5:00am ET until 4:30pm ET), Monday to Friday.
