mb trading MB Trading rechnet "pay for limits" falsch, korrigiert den Fehler aber eigenständig

MB Trading hat in den letzten Tagen in bestimmten Situationen keine Gutschrift für "add liquidity" gezahlt, sondern stattdessen Kommission verlangt. MB Trading hat den Fehler bemerkt und erstattet unaufgefordert die Kommission zurück und zahlt die "pay for limits" nach.

 

Die Mail:

Dear Client,

 

We have identified an issue where some forex orders executed on your account were mis-labeled as removing liquidity and charged a commission. We apologize for the error and have rectified the issue. A credit will be issued to your account to offset the commissions charged on the trade(s) and the initial credit that you should have received.

 

The credit will post to your account on 5/3/2012 and will show up in the cash activity portion of your account statement.

Bei mir trat der Fehler auf, da ich ausschließlich mit limits einsteige, aber sehr nah am Marktpreis. Dadurch werden die Limits nahezu sofort (unter normalen Marktumständen) gefillt, wodurch MB Trading nicht immer korrekt ein "add liquidity" erkannte, obwohl die Order eine Zeit lang pending war.
