Telekom muss an T-Online-Aktionäre zahlen

Da soll jemand sagen, Freitag der 13. würde Unglück bringen.

 

Das Landgericht Frankfurt verpflichtete den Konzern am Freitag zu einer Zahlung von 1,15 Euro für jede der 120 Mio. eingesammelten T-Online-Aktien zuzüglich Zinsen. Gegen den Beschluss kann Beschwerde eingelegt werden.

 

Die Telekom hatte das Unternehmen 2006 von der Börse genommen und den verbliebenen Anteilseignern für jede T-Online-Aktie 0,52 Telekom-Aktien gegeben. Dagegen hatten Aktionäre geklagt, die sich übervorteilt fühlten.
