Ich bin im Zusammenhang mit Spread Betting über den Begriff Properties gestolpert. Hat das was mit Immobilien zu tun oder worum dreht sich das.

    Properties - die Bezeichnung wird oft im Zusammenhang mit Real Estate verwendet und wenn mich nicht alles täuscht wird der Terminus bei Kontrakten auf die Preisentwicklung von Immobilien/ Häuslebauern angewendet. Für die Bewertung und Quotierung wird ein Index benötigt (House Price Index).
