Die Beteiligungsverträge sahen vor, das Anlagekapital u.a. in Anteile zugelassener Investmentfonds zu investieren. Allerdings erwarb der Anleger danach nicht unmittelbar die Investmentanteile. Vielmehr beteiligte er sich zu diesem Zweck als Gesellschafter an der Multi Advisor Fund I GbR, die die Investmentanteile letztlich anschaffen sollte.
