Die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) konkretisiert und erweitert ihre Mindestanforderungen an das Risikomanagement von Kredit- und Finanzdienstleistungsinstituten (MaRisk). Die Neufassung ihrer MaRisk hat die BaFin am 14. August 2009 veröffentlicht.
