BaFin und russische Wertpapieraufsicht FFMS unterzeichnen Memorandum of Understanding

Die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) und der Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia (FFMS) haben am vergangenen Montag in Frankfurt am Main ein Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) unterzeichnet. Mit dem MoU wollen BaFin und FFMS ihre bilaterale Zusammenarbeit in der Wertpapieraufsicht intensivieren und weiter ausbauen. So haben sie etwa das Verfahren für den Austausch von Informationen in ihrem MoU konkretisiert.
