Nach Informationen der BaFin unterbreitet eine Gruppe von Personen über den elektronischen Bundesanzeiger wieder verstärkt Angebote zum Umtausch in Aktien von Gesellschaften, die von ihr beherrscht werden. Die Angebote richten sich vielfach an von der Finanzkrise verunsicherte Inhaber von Aktien, Zertifikaten und Fondsanteilen. Die Adressaten sollen dazu gebracht werden, ihre Anteile gegen Anteile von Unternehmen zu tauschen, deren Werthaltigkeit zumindest zweifelhaft ist.
