Platzhalter statt Firmenlogo auf dem Kontoauszug von CMC Markets

Seit dem 14. Juli 2010 werden meine Kontoauszüge von CMC Markets nicht mehr korrekt dargestellt. Statt dem CMC Markets Firmenlogo erscheint nur ein "Platzhalter". Leider hat eine bereits zweimalige Schilderung dieses Problems beim Helpdesk noch keine Lösung gebracht.

 

Tritt dieses Problem auch bei anderen Kunden von CMC Markets auf?

    Bei mir wird auch nur ein Platzhalter angezeigt. Das Logo liegt anscheinend nicht mehr in der Quelle (http://www.cmcmarkets.co.uk/help/eng/includes/images/cfdfx_logo.jpg).

    Habe mich deswegen allerdings noch nicht beschwert und ist mir ehrlich gesagt auch nicht aufgefallen. Allerdings habe ich auch nur einen Kontoauszug seit Mitte Juli bekommen.
