Um 21.10 Uhr beginnt am Freitagabend der Breeders' Cup in den USA. Es ist Tag 1 dieser Megaveranstaltung. Dieses Großereignis, ein Aufeinandertreffen der besten US-Pferde mit einigen starken Europäern, wird dieses Jahr auf den Churchill Downs in Kentucky ausgetragen. Zum Auftakt gibt es sechs Breeders' Cup-Rennen, u.a. den Filly And Mare Turf, in dem die deutsch gezüchtete Stacelita als Favoritin antritt.
