Kursmanipulation und Insiderhandel ist sind kein deutsches Phänomen. Auch unsere schweizer Nachbarn kämpfen gegen Windmühlen

 

Die Verfahrensstatistik über Marktmissbrauch zeigt laut EBK ein eher ernüchterndes Bild. Trotz vieler Vorabklärungen zu vermuteten Straftaten werden die Untersuchungen von den Strafbehörden eingestellt oder enden in Freisprüchen. Punkto Offenlegung von Beteiligungen etwa gingen bisher laut EBK 424 Meldungen der Offenlegungsstelle der Schweizer Börse SWX ein. In 20 Fällen kam es zu Anzeigen, aber nur einmal wurde ein Strafbefehl verhängt. (ap)
