Die Finanzaufsicht BaFin stellt klar, dass die Betreiber der Website ilgkapital.com keine erlaubnispflichtigen Bankgeschäfte und keine Finanz- bzw. Wertpapierdienstleistungsgeschäfte wie Vermögensverwaltung oder Festgeldanlagen anbieten dürfen. Die Website wird angeblich betrieben von der ILG Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH mit Sitz in München. Dies trifft nicht zu. Es handelt sich um einen Identitätsmissbrauch.
