Die Gesellschaft bietet Finanz- und Wertpapierdienstleistungen an. Konkret täuscht sie Anlegerinnen und Anlegern vor, bei ihr Aktien der Beijing Bytedance Technology Ltd. („TikTok-Aktien“) kaufen zu können. Dafür hat das Unternehmen keine Erlaubnis nach dem Kreditwesengesetz (KWG) oder dem Wertpapierinstitutsgesetz (WpIG). Auch liegt der für ein öffentliches Angebot von Wertpapieren erforderliche Wertpapierprospekt nach dem Wertpapierprospektgesetz (WpPG) nicht vor.
