BaFin untersagt „Konvent zur Reformation Deutschlands – Die Goldene Mitte“ Finanztransfergeschäft

Die Finanzaufsicht BaFin hat dem nicht-rechtsfähigen Verein „Konvent zur Reformation Deutschlands – Die Goldene Mitte“ am 12. März 2024 untersagt, auf eigenen Konten für Herrn Fitzek bestimmte Gelder anzunehmen. Der Verein hat das unerlaubte Geschäft abzuwickeln. Der Verein ist angewiesen, sich auch anderweitig nicht weiter in Fitzeks unerlaubtes Einlagengeschäft einbinden zu lassen.
