Erneuter Identitätsdiebstahl: BaFin warnt auch vor Website digital-assets.pro

Die Finanzaufsicht BaFin ermittelt gegen die bislang unbekannten Betreiber der Website digital-assets.pro. Die Betreiber bieten darüber ohne Erlaubnis Finanz- und Wertpapierdienstleistungen an. Die Website wird nicht von dem bei der BaFin registrierten Kryptoverwahrer Hauck Aufhäuser Digital Custody GmbH betrieben. Es handelt sich um einen Identitätsdiebstahl. Die BaFin hatte bereits am 15. Dezember 2023 vor der nahezu identischen Website assets-hal.digital gewarnt, die mittlerweile inaktiv ist.
