Nach ihren Erkenntnissen bieten die Unternehmen ohne Erlaubnis den Abschluss von Festgeldverträgen an. Über die Websites zinsdirekt.com, meineabsicherung.com, easy-sparen.com und sparen-leichtgemacht.com werden ohne Erlaubnis Finanzdienstleistungen angeboten. Weder eine Digital Finance GmbH noch eine Digital Fairnance GmbH werden von der BaFin beaufsichtigt. Die Unternehmen treten auch als Finance Agency Marketing in Erscheinung.
