Es besteht der Verdacht, dass die Betreiberin der Website finanzanker.ag ohne Erlaubnis Bankgeschäfte und Finanzdienstleistungen anbietet. Konkret bietet sie eine Handelsplattform für Kryptowerte und die Vermögensverwahrung an. Die Betreiberin behauptet von der BaFin reguliert zu sein. Dies trifft nicht zu.
