Nach Erkenntnissen der BaFin bietet das Unternehmen GBE Broker Markets Ltd. mit angeblichem Sitz in Großbritannien auf seiner Website www.gbe-broker.com unerlaubt Finanzdienstleistungen in Deutschland an. Das Unternehmen wird nicht von der BaFin beaufsichtigt. Gegenüber Kundinnen und Kunden wird wahrheitswidrig der Eindruck erweckt, es handele sich um die bei der BaFin registrierte zypriotische GBE Brokers Ltd. mit einer Zweigniederlassung in Hamburg. Dies ist nicht der Fall. Es handelt sich um einen Identitätsmissbrauch.
