Die Finanzaufsicht BaFin warnt vor Angeboten der angeblich in Leipzig ansässigen U.F.G.I.S. Trading Ltd., die Tauschangebote für „toxische“ Aktien unterbreitet. Auf der Website ufgis.com werden weitere Wertpapierdienstleistungen angeboten. Dafür liegt keine Erlaubnis der BaFin vor. Nach derzeitigen Erkenntnissen ist ein Identitätsmissbrauch zum Nachteil der im Impressum genannten Gesellschaften wahrscheinlich. Die U.F.G.I.S. Trading Ltd., Zypern, ist bereits 2013 aufgelöst worden.
