Eurofina Financial Group Limited: BaFin investigates the offer to allegedly acquire shares in Duracell Inc. and points to suspected identity theft

The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) warns against the offers of Eurofina Financial Group Limited. The company offers unauthorised financial and investment services; it is not authorised under the German Banking Act (KWG) or the German Securities Institutions Act (WpIG). The prospectuses required under the German Securities Prospectus Act (Wertpapierprospektgesetz - WpPG) for a public offer of securities are also not available. Specifically, the company is deceiving investors by claiming to be able to buy shares in Duracell Inc. from it. There are clear doubts as to whether the offering party is willing and able to transfer ownership of the shares offered.
