Die BaFin hat bereits am 9. August 2022 vor Quantum AI bzw. deren inzwischen inaktiven Website the-quantum-ai.com gewarnt. Die unbekannten Betreiber verwenden nunmehr die Website greenholtt.com. Es besteht der Verdacht, dass die Betreiber der Website ohne Erlaubnis Finanz- und Wertpapierdienstleistungen sowie Kryptowerte-Dienstleistungen anbieten.
