Die Finanzaufsicht BaFin warnt vor Angeboten von Festgeld724. Es besteht der Verdacht, dass die unbekannten Betreiber auf der Website festgeld724.de ohne Erlaubnis Finanz- und Wertpapierdienstleistungen anbieten. Die Angebote stammen entgegen der Angaben im Impressum nicht von der Alpen Privatbank AG mit Sitz in Riezlern, Österreich, oder deren deutschen Zweigniederlassungen in Stuttgart bzw. Düsseldorf. Es handelt sich um einen Identitätsmissbrauch. Die österreichische Finanzmarktaufsicht (FMA) warnt ebenfalls.
