Die Finanzaufsicht BaFin warnt vor der Handelsplattform Axion Alliance. Nach ihren Erkenntnissen bietet die Axion Alliance (auch: Axion Alliance AG) ohne Erlaubnis Finanz- und Wertpapier- sowie Kryptowerte-Dienstleistungen an. Die Angebote stammen weder von der luxemburgischen Axxion S.A. noch von der in Frankfurt ansässigen Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH oder deren Verbundunternehmen. Die unbekannten Betreiber behaupten von der BaFin und der angeblichen European Financial Authority (FINAEU) beaufsichtigt zu sein. Das ist nicht der Fall.
