Die Finanzaufsicht BaFin warnt vor gefälschten Token mit der Bezeichnung „EURAU“. Das Angebot stammt nicht von der zugelassenen AllUnity GmbH bzw. von der Deutsche Bank AG. Es handelt sich um einen Identitätsmissbrauch. Die auf einschlägigen Online-Plattformen angebotenen Token sind keine E-Geld-Token nach Art. 48 ff. der europäischen Verordnung MiCAR und verfügen weder über eine Zulassung der BaFin noch haben die Emittenten ein MiCAR-konformes Whitepaper zur Prüfung durch die Finanzaufsicht eingereicht.
