Die Finanzaufsicht BaFin warnt vor Angeboten von „Quantfinity“. Es besteht der Verdacht, dass die Betreiber auf der Website quantfinity.ai ohne Erlaubnis Bankgeschäfte, Finanz- und Wertpapierdienstleistungen sowie Kryptowerte-Dienstleistungen anbieten. Nach den Angaben im Impressum stammt das Angebot von der ImmVolution GmbH mit Sitz in Regensburg. Über das Vermögen der ImmVolution GmbH ist durch Beschluss des zuständigen Amtsgerichts das Insolvenzverfahren eröffnet worden. Die Gesellschaft ist dadurch aufgelöst.
