Die Finanzaufsicht BaFin warnt vor WhatsApp-Gruppen und Chats, über die unter missbräuchlicher Verwendung des Namens „XTB“ Investitionsempfehlungen gegeben und potentielle Anlegerinnen und Anleger verleitet werden, sich auf der Website xtbwill.com zu registrieren. Dort werden ohne Erlaubnis Bankgeschäfte und/oder Finanzdienstleistungen angeboten. Die Website wird nicht von der bei der BaFin registrierten XTB S.A. German Branch, Berlin, betrieben. Es handelt sich um einen Identitätsdiebstahl.
