MGSL Core: BaFin warns against offers from WhatsApp-Groups and indicates identity theft

The German Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) warns against WhatsApp groups (e.g. A-30 Vermögenssteigerungs- und Gewinnplangruppe) that are allegedly operated by Morgan Stanley International Ltd. In the WhatsApp groups, which are led by alleged employees Michael Wilson and Diana Trade, consumers are enticed to trade crypto assets and other financial products via the MGSL Core platform. The offers do not originate from Morgan Stanley International Ltd. or from Morgan Stanley Europe SE, which is supervised by BaFin. This is a case of identity theft.
