MGSL Core: BaFin warnt vor Angeboten in WhatsApp-Gruppen und weist auf Identitätsmissbrauch hin

Die Finanzaufsicht BaFin warnt vor WhatsApp-Gruppen (z.B. A-30 Vermögenssteigerungs- und Gewinnplangruppe), die angeblich von der Morgan Stanley International Ltd. betrieben werden. In den WhatsApp-Gruppen, die von den angeblichen Mitarbeitern Michael Wilson sowie Diana Trade geleitet werden, werden Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher dazu verleitet, über die Plattform MGSL Core Kryptowerte und andere Finanzprodukte zu handeln. Die Angebote stammen weder von Morgan Stanley International Ltd. noch von der von der BaFin beaufsichtigten Morgan Stanley Europe SE. Es handelt sich um Identitätsmissbrauch.
