The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority BaFin warns against WhatsApp groups and chats, which are allegedly operated by the company MFS Investment Management and led by employee David A. Falco. According to information available to BaFin, recommendations for the purchase of financial instruments and cryptocurrencies, which can allegedly be traded via MFSDMA app, are offered in various WhatsApp groups and chats. The offers do not originate from MFS Investment Management Company (Lux) S.à r.l. or from any other company of the MFS Investment Management (MFS) group or their employees. This is a case of identity fraud. The unknown operators are providing financial, investment and crypto-asset serviceswithout the required authorisation.
