212 group (212-Group): BaFin warns against offers on the website 212group(.)de and points out identity theft

According to its findings, the company, whose registered office is unknown, provides financial and securities services as well as crypto asset services without authorisation. The website gives the impression that it is associated with Trading 212 Group Ltd. and the Trading 212 brand, which is used in Germany by FXFlat Bank GmbH, a Trading 212 group company supervised by BaFin. This is not the case. This is a case of identity theft. In particular, there is no connection with the website trading212(.)com operated by FXFlat Bank GmbH and other Trading 212 Group companies.
