Nach ihren Erkenntnissen bietet die vermeintlich in Frankfurt ansässige Handelsplattform NovasTrade ohne Erlaubnis Finanz- und Wertpapier- sowie Kryptowerte-Dienstleistungen an. Es wird zudem vermutet, dass ein Identitätsmissbrauch zum Nachteil des Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmens Morgan Stanley vorliegt, welches nach derzeitigen Erkenntnissen in keiner Verbindung zu NovasTrade steht.
