The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) warns consumers about offers made in WhatsApp groups such as “A32Finanzielle Freiheit”, “C66 Technische Austauschgruppe für Investoren” and “Kapitalstrategien Akademie94”. BaFin suspects the unknown operators of offering consumers financial, investment and cryptoasset services in these groups without the required authorisation.
