Nach Erkenntnissen der Finanzaufsicht bietet dort der Betreiber MEX Exchange, angeblich aus Eschborn, ohne Erlaubnis Finanz-, Wertpapier- und Kryptowerte-Dienstleistungen an. Der Betreiber behauptet wahrheitswidrig, von der BaFin beaufsichtig zu werden. Eine Verbindung zu einem lizensierten Wertpapierinstitut aus Eschborn besteht nicht.
