According to information available to BaFin, the operator MEX Eychange, allegedly based in Eschborn, Germany, is providing financial, investment and crypto asset services without the required authorisation. The operator falsely claims to be regulated by BaFin. There is no link to an authorised investment firm from Eschborn, Germany.
