Caldera aka SCO Group hat Gläubigerschutz beantragt

Wer sich in den Boomjahren des Internets mit US Technologieaktien/ Highflyern beschäftigt hat, der ist an Caldera nicht vorbeigekommen.

Mit einem Tross von Staranwälten hat die kleine Firma jahrelang versucht, Patentstreitigkeiten für sich zu entscheiden. Hätte man den Prozess/ die Prozesse gewonnen, wären Milliarden geflossen.

Jetzt heißt es, die Firma wäre Insolvent und habe Gläubigerschutz nach Chapter 11 des US-Insolvenzrechts beantragt.

    yep, sie story ist bekannt. vom pennystock zum milliardenunternehmen, beinahe pleite und wieder zum spekulationsobjekt zurück. mitte 2003- 2004 war in der aktie richtig sound drin, danach ging es nur noch bergab.
