Robin Houldsworth said: “Since founding TradIndex in 2002 I have watched with pride as it has grown from strength to strength. This acquisition will provide TradIndex with the backing and focus to continue offering an unparalleled personal service to its growing client base. I am proud to continue my relationship with TradIndex as it develops to reach its full potential” Peter Shalson said: “We are delighted with our investment. TradIndex is a truly outstanding CFD and spread betting company that is widely respected within the industry. We look forward to developing the business by continuing to improve the quality and range of products and services offered to our clients.” Under the terms of the transaction Andrew Edwards, Jason Gonsalves and Jeremy Menell will become directors of the company alongside Kevin Taylor as Chief Executive Officer.
