Changes To Our Fee Structure

 

We are pleased to announce a significant development to our fee structure. These will take effect for all new contracts listed from the "opening bell" on Thursday 7th September 2006*.

 

 

The objective of the changes to our fee structure, as with all our developments, is to maximise market liquidity. These changes are designed to give all our members the best profit opportunity from our dynamic marketplace.

 

Details of the changes are...

No Fees Pre-Event: No trading or expiry fees on sports events if you trade them before they become "in-running".
No Expiry Fee Unless "In the Money": A position that expires "out of the money" used to incur a 4c fee per lot. "Out of the money" expiries will now incur no expiry fee. An in the money expiry will now incur a fee of 10c per lot.
Trading Fees: Trading fees are being increased to 5c per lot. Trading Fees at price extremes will be 3c per lot. Price extremes are 0 to 5 and 95 to 100.

Aus der Pressemeldung war zu entnehmen, dass TEN alle Aktivitäten die im Zusammenhang mit Sportevents stehen in einem neuen Unternehmen, der - TradeSports Limited - zusammengefasst werden sollen.

Die angekündigte Re-Organisation wurde abgeschlossen, Tradesports und Intrade operieren ab sofort getrennt.

Zukünftig soll die Plattform für Sport Events 24/7 geöffnet sein. Man strebt zudem verbesserte Service Level an.

 

 

From 1st March 2007 the Tradesports Hours of Operation and Member Support Hours are as follows:

 

1. The Tradesports exchange will be open seven days per week, and shall close daily for normally 1 hour from 2:00am ET (7:00am GMT) to 3:00am (8:00am GMT)

2. e-mail support to help@tradesports.com is provided twenty four hours per day, seven days per week. Our member response target is to reply in the first instance within 60 minutes of receipt.

3. Live Chat support is also normally provided twenty four hours per day, seven days per week but there will be times when Live Chat will not be available. Our member response target in the first instance is within 15 minutes of a new chat session commencing.

Tradesports kündigt Änderung der Trading Fees an

TradeSports has announced that it will introduce an entirely new fee structure for its members. This will go live on 27th June 2007*.

 

The new fee structure will mean:

 

* Trading Fees of 5c per lot and Expiry Fees of 10c per lot will be withdrawn.

* Members will pay a simple commission of 4% of the profits they make from trading on a TradeSports market (a market is an individual contract or a group of linked contracts).

* Trading profits before the expiry of an event may generate a commission, but it will be your overall net profit on settlement of the event that will dictate your net commission payable.

 

More detailed information will be made available on the site closer to the go-live date.

 

*Unless we advise an updated go-live date.
