Diba muss für Nowitzki-Spot Künstlersozial-Abgaben zahlen

Die Künstlersozialkasse hat einen Rechtsstreit mit der Frankfurter Bank ING-DiBa um Sozialabgaben für den Basketballstar Dirk Nowitzki gewonnen. Die Richter des hessischen Landessozialgerichts folgten der Auffassung der Sozialversicherung, die ING-DiBa müsse für Werbespots mit Nowitzki einen fünfstelligen Betrag an die Künstlersozialkasse abführen. Dies gab das Gericht in einem am Montag in Darmstadt veröffentlichten Beschluss bekannt (AZ: L 8 KR 214/06 ER).....
