Katerstimmung auf dem Immobilienmarkt: Nach mehreren Boomjahren ist das Vermittlungsgeschäft mit Gewerbeimmobilien eingebrochen – um bis zu 79 Prozent. Nun stehen viele Firmen vor dem Ruin. Und Tausende Makler werden sich wohl bald bei der Bundesagentur für Arbeit melden müssen.
