Jahresgebühr Kreditkarte +Kündigung

gehe ich richtig in der Annahme, das wenn man eine Kreditkarte kündigt, dann anteilmäßig die Jahresgebühr zurückerhält ?

 

Eine Kündungsfrist gibt es keine, kann jederzeit gekündigt werden bei meiner.

    Bei Kreditkarten fällt für gewöhnlich eine Jahresgebühr an, die im Vorfeld zu entrichten ist. Davon ausgenommen sind lediglich die kostenlose Kreditkarten, bei denen keine Jahresgebühr anfällt. Wenn Sie die Karte vorzeitig, also vor Ablauf des Jahres (Kreditkartenvertrags) bzw. unterjährig kündigen, dann wird Ihnen die zu viel entrichtete Jahresgebühr für den nicht genutzten Zeitraum anteilig zurückerstattet (BGB § 675h Absatz 3).
