I cannot access my personal conversations? Do I need another password for that?

I am being asked to input my username/email, and password, but each time it tells me I do not have permission "to access the ACP".

Problem solved via another route! However:

 

To be more visual I attached three screenshots here. The "first" image shows how I did get to my message: by clicking on my name, choosing "Messenger". That works. The "second" image shows the route that does not work: right click on "personal conversation" leads me to what is shown in the "third" image: a login screen, the link to which is

For the moment I'll just stick with the first option. Sorry to get off-topic btw.

It seems to be a glitch.

 

One of our admins has informed me, that he has changed some settings but he wasnt sure if he got it.

So may I ask you to try it again?

 

If the issue still occurs we need to send a ticket to the software developer.

Maybe it's better to use the english version of the board software, there are more features.
