BaFin verschärft Regeln für Handelsstatistik

Die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) hat eine Untersagungsverfügung erlassen, die mehr Transparenz in die Handelsstatistiken der Börsen bringen soll. Die Statistiken liefern wichtige Kennziffern für die Liquidität an einer Börse, von der viele Marktteilnehmer die Wahl ihres Handelsplatzes abhängig machen.

 

 

...Künftig dürfen Aufgabengeschäfte nicht mehr in der Statistik erscheinen, ohne sie als solche zu kennzeichnen. Dabei handelt es sich um Geschäfte, die ein Börsenmakler zur Ausführung von Kundenorders tätigt - etwa indem....
