Schlechte Noten für Servicequalität bei den Banken

 

Die Mehrzahl der deutschen Kunden (65 Prozent) ist nur teilweise zufrieden mit ihrer Bank, und nimmt der Studie zufolge eine «resignativ-loyale» Haltung ein. Das heißt, sie halten ihrer Bank nur deshalb die Treue, weil sie woanders auch keinen besseren Service erwarten. Fünf Prozent aller Kunden sind grundsätzlich unzufrieden mit den Leistungen ihres Kreditinstituts.
