Grünes Licht für neue Superbörse

Die Aktionäre der Derivatebörsen Chicago Board of Trade und Chicago Mercantile Exchange haben einer milliardenschweren Fusion zugestimmt. Damit entsteht die größte Derivate-Börse der Welt.

 

Der Zusammenschluss solle nun in den kommenden Tagen abgeschlossen werden, teilte die Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) am Montag mit. Kurz vor der Abstimmung der CBOT-Aktionäre hatte die CME ihr Angebot in Höhe von 11,9 Milliarden Dollar noch einmal aufgebessert.
