Dear Customer

Betsafe.com is live again! First of all we would like to offer you our deepest apologies for the problems that we have had with our website for the past two days. As it turns out, our website has been under DDOS-attacks (Distributed Denial of Service) leaving our website unavailable to the general public.

Fully functioning backup and security systems have been active and flawless since our launch in 2006 but unfortunately they could not withstand the level of this attack, coming from thousands of different computers at the same time. Naturally we have done everything within our powers to prevent these vicious attacks. We cannot enough stress how sorry we are for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Our technicians have been working round the clock to find the solution that we have now arrived at. This solution will guarantee that Betsafe.com will be efficiently safeguarded against attacks of this nature, now and in the future.

We also would like to ensure you that, besides from the inaccessibility to Betsafe.com, no harm has been done to any of our systems. Your money is safe in our bank systems and no data has been lost.

Lastly we would like to thank you for your patience and we sincerely hope that you continue to visit Betsafe.com.

Kind Regards,

Team Betsafe
