Many of us here are personally scalpers and all of us are autotraders. So welcome to the family.

 

Here's the truth about autotrading and scalping and why most brokers don't like it. The simple truth is that they are taking the other sides of your trades and trading against you. So if you enter and exit trades too quickly, they can't keep up, and the broker can be trapped on the wrong side of the market.

 

This is especially true if you are scalping. The way traditional brokers work is like a market maker. They see what the real market price is, then offer you a price that gives them some profit. So if you are quickly entering too close to the real market, or where the market is moving too fast for them to keep up, they again get trapped on the wrong side of the market.

 

So they hate you. They hate us too, since we are scalpers and FAST, FAST autotraders here.

Spreads/ Margins/ Swaps
