GFT Übernahme durch Gain abgeschlossen

GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: GCAP) (the "Company" or "GAIN Capital") today announced it has completed the acquisition of Global Futures & Forex, LTD ("GFT").

Evtl. können wir hier mal kurz sammeln, welche "deutschen Broker" das evtl. mehr oder minder betrifft. Also als White Label von GFT fallen mir spontan FXFlat und SmartMarkets ein. Auf Seite von GAIN habe ich im Moment nichts deutsches im Kopf.
