Chapter 2 delves into the increasing role of finfluencers with regards to investment decisions made by ordinary retail investors and the ecosystem in which they operate.

Chapter 3 explores the potential risks associated with the activities performed by finfluencers for retail investors.

Chapter 4 sets out where securities regulators are currently making use of their existing frameworks to oversee the activities of finfluencers, providing specific examples in doing so, and where gaps may continue to exist.

Chapter 5 provides an overview of supervisory and enforcement actions which have taken place and where international coordination has been utilised.

Chapter 6 focuses on initiatives securities regulators have undertaken to educate both investors and finfluencers. Finally,

Chapter 7 concludes with a set of Good Practices for securities regulators, Good Practices for market participants and finfluencers and a series of tips for retail investors.
