...Ist ein kommerzieller Service, den ich an der Stelle einfach -FYI- vorstellen möchte. Ein Projekt von Michael W. Knee, nach eigenen Angaben Profi in Automated Trading + Foreign Exchange.

 

Michael W. Knee is the man behind 5-MinuteForex. His experience in developing automated systems for the finance industry began in New York in the early 1980's. In 1983, long before there was an Internet, Michael designed a system that allowed for immobilized certificates for municipal bond trading, something most experts thought was impossible at the time. That project was a joint venture of Security Pacific Bank and Depository Trust Company. He has also developed automated systems for Chase and Manufacturer's Hanover Trust Company, among others.

 

Today Michael lives in Phoenix, Arizona, where he enjoys the sunshine with his cat, a Russian Blue named Cotton Candy.

Ich lebe in Australien und bin mit Michael zusammen in einem Amerikanischem Trading Room bktraderfx.com und er hat aufgerufen ob jemand Deutsch spricht und ihm helfen kann. Es gibt offensichtlich die Notwendigkeit das Trading System, welches dem alert Service zugrunde liegt zu erklären. Das System ist ein Momentum System und heißt Five-Minute "Momo" Trade (Momo steht für Momentum)und funktioniert folgendermassen: [...mehr...]

 

 

You don't need metatrader with FXCM. They have their own trading platform that's much better. It's more reliable, easier to use, and even looks better.

Seems you are not not very convinced about Metatrader . But i agree, MT4 is not suitable for manual trading. Which platform do you prefer instead, FXCM Active Trader or the FX Trading Station?

Nein, nur soweit es hier beschrieben ist.

Der Dienst ist für mich ungeeignet als "Gelegenheitstrader".

Whipsaw: I use FXCM Trading Station, I think it's great.

Unfortunately FXCM does not pay much attention to the Metatrader Solution. According to the customer desk I've recently talked they are promoting their own trading software and just offer MT4 on demand and only for certain clients. Maybe they change their opinion when they get a better feeling for the domestic market and what clients usually prefers.

 

 

Just an update concerning the statement I've recently quoted;

 

 

“We have received tremendous demand for our No Dealing Desk MT4 platform. Through our partnership with Boston Technologies, we are able to leverage their technical expertise and widen our MT4 offering. Offering demos and expanding the selection of base currencies, as well as offering programming assistance, is just the start. Very soon we hope to be offering free, lifetime VPS hosting as well,” said Marc Prosser, chief marketing officer at FXCM.
