Es wäre interessant zu wissen, welche Parameter man für jeden Kunden einstellen. Ich nehme an: Spread, Voila, 4/5 digits, Kommission, Swap?

Ich glaube, TeamWox ist so etwas wie ein Customer Relationship Management tool - an sich ein gute Sache, zumindest für Finanzdiensteister, die an einer kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Kundenbeziehung interessiert ist.

 

VIP Kunden zu identifizieren und klassifizieren, muss nicht zwangsläufig ein negativer Aspekt sein.

Ja, die Software an sich ist gut, denke ich auch.

mir ging es eher nur um dieses Plugin. Deswegen bin ich überhaupt darauf gestoßen, ich war erschreckt dass sowas möglich ist.

Im 3rd Party Tools gab es bereits einen Thread zum Virtual Dealer - ich meinte, er wäre Dir bekannt.

Nachdem Du diese Odyssee mit immer den gleichen Erfahrungen hinter Dir hast, dürfte jedem der hier aufmerksam mit liest bewusst sein, warum Dir das Thema sauer aufstößt. Die Reaktion ist nachvollziehbar.

Wenn das Tool ein Plugin ist, dann dürfte man es ja nicht standalone zum laufen bekommen...

 

Ansonsten läuft es sicher nur auf einem Windows-Server oder? Mit einem Linux-Server könnte ich dienen und mal versuchen es zu installieren, wenn es denn geht.
